Public Service Committee: Tuesday, March 3 at 7:00 pm at Curtis Hall 20 South Street.   On the agenda will be a request of Third Cliff Bakery LLC, doing business as â€œThird Cliff Bakery & Café” at 3531 Washington Street in Jamaica Plain for a 7-Day Common Victualler License with take-out with the hours of 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a seasonal outdoor patio for 10 seats, with Margaret Crowley as manager.

Zoning Committee:  Wednesday, March 4 at Farnsworth House, 90 South Street.  On the agenda will be:  1). 3368 Washington Street a new construction, five-story mixed-use development including residential (202 units), office use (14,000 square feet), community center, and basement-level parking (38 spaces) building to provide housing and supportive services for formerly-homeless individuals (140 units), administered by Pine Street Inn, and 82 affordable rental units; demolition of existing building on site; 2). 3171 Washington Street a new construction of a four-story building with nine residential units and one ground-floor commercial space; 3). 150 Chestnut Avenue install driveway and curb cut for one off-street parking space; 4). 101-103 Green Street renovation in existing finished basement to change laundry room/storage area into new full bathroom and new laundry room; modify utilities shared with other unit.  

Outreach Committee:  Monday, March 9 at 6:30 pm at JP Licks, 659 Centre St.  On the agenda will be a discussion on the upcoming elections.

Parks + Committee:  Monday, March 9 at 7:30 pm at JP Licks, 659 Centre St. On the agenda will be: Shattuck Campus Redevelopment, Franklin Park Master Plan and upcoming park clean-up.

Education Committee: Wednesday, March 11at 7:00 pm at JP Licks, 659 Centre St.  On the agenda will be: BPS budget and Strategic Plan.

Housing & Development Committee: Tuesday, March 17 at 7:00 pm. at Bowditch School building, 82 Green Street (enter at sidewalk level to left of Main stairs). On the agenda will be:  Updates on ongoing housing campaigns/issues. 

Zoning Committee:  Wednesday, March 18 at Farnsworth House, 90 South Street.  On the agenda will be:  1). 135 Carolina Avenue to erect rear addition to existing 2-family house;  2). 561-579 Centre Street to renovate former gas station for use as retail/wholesale butcher, grocery, café with off- and on-premises consumption, malt/wine beverages for off-premises consumption; resurface pavement (seven off-street parking spaces) and landscape;  3). 49 Robinwood Street (Arbour Hospital – increase capacity from 118 to 122 beds within existing space); 4). 6-8 Wise Street to combine two lots and construct new building with six (6) residential dwelling units.     

Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Council:  Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at 7:00 pm, at Farnsworth House, 90 South Street.  On the agenda will be:  1).  A presentation by Mayor Walsh; 2). Updates and recommendations from the committees.
