7.1. Environment, Parks & Energy Committee:Â NO AUGUST MEETING.
7.2. Public Service Committee: Report and recommendations that Council members: a). VOTE to support the petition of Sweet Rice JP, Inc. d/b/a “Sweet Rice JP†at 697 Centre Street for an entertainment license for two TVs; b). VOTE to support the petition of Sweet Rice JP, Inc. (d/b/a Sweet Rice JP), acting as agent for GAR Realty Trust (David Shum and Carmen Shum, trustees), to change the occupancy at 693-697 Centre Street to add a #36A take-out restaurant use, with the proviso that the take-out use will stay only with the current business tenant at 697 Centre Street, Sweet Rice JP, Inc. (d/b/a Sweet Rice JP); c). VOTE to support the petition of Corporacion Bani, Ltd., d/b/a “Pimentel Market†at 340 Centre Street for a retail package store malt & wine license with Luis Guerrero as manager.
7.3. Zoning Committee: Report and recommendations that Council members: a). VOTEÂ to support the petition of 91 Glen Road for a gut renovation of existing two-family residential building and construction of three additions. New exterior siding and roof. Building to remain a two-family residence.
7.4. Housing & Development Committee: Report on meeting with Sheila Dillon of the Department of Neighborhood Development, and Lauren Peters of EOHHS about the Shattuck Campus, specifically Low Threshold Housing.
7.5 Education Ad Hoc Committee: Report on purpose and long-term goals.
