Housing & Development Committee: Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 7:00 pm.  The agenda will include: 1). Updates from the Subcommittee on Net Carbon Zero Construction; 2). Matt Henzy, Senior Project Manager for JPNDC, will discuss the proposed Notice of Change request for the former MASSDoT parcels at 71-85 Call Street.  Due to funder requirements, the JPNDC is exploring changing the project from the proposed owner-tenant hybrid model to a condominium model.  There may also be a need to revise the two 60% AMI units to 80% AMI units, due to the unforeseen cost overruns caused by the Covid-19 suspension; 3). Review the Article 80 proposal for 632-638 Centre Street to build a 4-story building with 18 residential units and 4 commercial units.
