Public Service Committee: Tuesday, Sept. 3 at 7:00 pm at Curtis Hall, 20 South Street.  On the agenda will be the petition of Monumental Market Group, LLC, doing business as “Monumental Market” at 36 South Street for a 7-Day Common Victualler License with an 8:00 pm closing hour, with take-out and Kelsey Munger as manager.

Zoning Committee:  Wednesday, Sept. 4 at 7:00 pm at Farnsworth House, 90 South Street. There are three matters on the agenda:  1). 49 Robinwood Avenue (Arbour Hospital seeks to increase capacity from 118 to 122 beds within existing space);  2). 30-32 Greenview Avenue (add an addition to back of house for bedroom in connection with remodel);  3). 6-8 Cheshire Street (finish basement).

Education Committee: Tuesday, Sept. 17 at 7:00 pm at Curtis Hall, 20 South Street. The agenda will be: 1). An update on the partnership with the BPS Community Engagement team; 2). Egleston Square Main Street pop-up Wednesday from 4pm – 5:30pm; 3). Update on mobile enrollment; 4). Time with Representative Elugardo.

Housing & Development Committee (PLEASE NOTE CHANGE IN TIME AND LOCATION):  Tuesday, Sept. 17 at 6:30 pm at Brookside Health Center, 3297 Washington St.  On the agenda will be: 1).  An update on the City-Wide Inclusionary Development Policy Campaign;  2).  An update and discussion on the Shattuck Campus Planning.  

Zoning Committee:  Wednesday, Sept. 18 at 7:00 pm at Farnsworth House, 90 South Street.  The agenda will be: 1). 74 Brookley Road (finish basement with bathroom, bedroom, office, family room, and workshop);  2). 62-64 Boynton Street (raze existing garage and construct a new three-story building with two residential units and 4 off-street parking spaces);  3).  6 Martinwood Road (construct carport and rear mudroom addition to existing single-family residence).
