December 2017 Neighborhood Council & Committee Meetings (Rev. 1)


Public Service Committee: Tuesday, December 5, 2017, at 7:00 pm, at Curtis Hall, 20 South Street. Agenda includes petition of Carrot Flower, LLC, d/b/a “Carrot Flower,” at 703 Centre Street, for a Seven-Day Common Victualler License with the hours of 7:30 am to 7:30 pm, with take-out, with Audrey White as manager.

Zoning Committee: Wednesday, December 6, 2017, at 7:00 pm, at Farnsworth House, 90 South Street. Agenda includes:(1) 11 Prince Street (construct new roof dormers and expand living area into attic space; renovate kitchen and attic space); (2) 48-50 Green Street (add five off-street parking spaced behind residential building, access from current driveway); (3) 5 Belmore Terrace (partially remove exterior walls to enlarge kitchen; construct deck); (4) 26 Bardwell Street (construct new rear addition to existing three-family residential dwelling; construct dormers and exterior decks with egress stairs; create three off-street parking spaces); (5) 50 Eldridge Road #2 (enlarge existing third-floor dormer, construct new bathroom on third floor); and, (6)  the return of 63-65 Sedgwick Street (combine lots, renovate existing building, and construct addition to create six-family residential building).  To review materials submitted to the committee for these projects, click here.

Agenda includes: (1) 606-610 Centre Street (Fancy Schmancy dog daycare applying to amend occupancy from retail, nail salon, laundry, and doggie day care with accessory retail to nail salon, laundry, and doggie day care with accessory retail – dog day care to take over retail space; new space will function as play space for dogs, all dog washing to remain in existing space), (2)  the return of 31-33 Woodlawn Street (modify existing building to create 3-family residence with exterior decks; construct second 3-family residence; total of 6 residential units with 6 parking spaces on site); and, (3)  the return of  8 Wyman Street (confirm occupancy as a single-family, change to two-family residential dwelling).   To review materials submitted to the committee for these projects, click here.
