Agenda includes (1)  201-205 and 221 South Huntington Avenue (Goddard House) (rehabilitate and expand existing building to residential use, and construct new free-standing, multi-family residential building at the property’s southern end fronting on South Huntington Avenue; approximately 169 residences to be constructed with associated parking and open space improvements); (2) 31 Bardwell Street (construct new roof dormer in connection with renovation of existing third floor, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC upgrade, and replacement of windows and doors); and, (3) likely the second return of 14-16 McBride Street (construct two two-family residential dwellings).
