2. Review/approve minutes of the September 22, 2015, meeting.

In furtherance of the vote taken at the September 22, 2015, meeting to “consider removal” for “good cause shown” (which, as set forth in the by-laws, “include[s], but [is] not … limited to, absence from three consecutive regularly scheduled Council meetings, persistent non-participation in committee work, or absence from more than five regularly scheduled Council meetings in the prior twelve months”) vote on whether to remove for “good cause shown” each of the following members:  (1) Martha Rodriguez (Area A);  (2) Erin Colgan-Snyder (Area B); (3) Gerard O’Connor (Area B); and, (4) Michael O’Connor (Area C).
5. Committee reports/recommendations:

• Public Service Committee;
• Election Committee;
• Housing & Development Committee;
• Environment, Parks & Energy Committee; and,
• Zoning Committee.
