Public Service Committee:

Tuesday, March 3, 2015, at 7:00 p.m., at the District E-13 Community Room, 3347 Washington Street (corner of Green and Washington Streets).  Included on the agenda: request of Bartlett Square Properties, LLC, doing business as “Havana Pete’s”, at 450 Amory Street   for a 7-Day Common Victualler (Restaurant) All-Alcoholic Beverages License  from 11 am to 12 midnight, an outdoor seasonal patio with 32 seats, closing at 9:30 pm, and an entertainment license for recorded music and TVs only, with Chris DeSisto as manager.

 Zoning Committee:

Wednesday, March 4, 2015, at 7:00 p.m., at Farnworth Hose, 90 South Street.  Agenda includes return of 55 Woodlawn Street (erect two-family building on currently-vacant lot) and the three matters that comprise the Washington & McBride, Flanagan & Seaton project, 3531-3541 Washington Street (construct a five-story mixed-use building — 88 residential condominium units with ground-floor retail – with underground parking for 80 vehicles), 141 McBride Street (construct a four-story self-storage building), and 45 Burnett Street (construct a new four-story residential building with 44 residential condominium units, roof deck and roof garden, and underground parking for 36 vehicles).

Wednesday, February 18, 2015, at 7:00 p.m., at Farnworth Hose, 90 South Street.  Agenda includes 3708-3710 Washington Street (KeanKruta LLC d/b/a Fazenda Coffee Roasters seeks to remove proviso limited to “this petitioner only” for take-out, and increase occupancy from 26 to 42 persons); 13 Bishop Street (extend living space into basement); and the return of 22-26 Plainfield Street/58 Brookley Road (raze existing building and erect new, three-story townhouse dwelling with three residential condominium units on existing 5,670 square foot lot.  Create off-street parking at grade and beneath each dwelling unit).
